We produce fabric and leather sofas, sectionals, recliners, sofa beds, upholstered beds and headboards, dining chairs, bar stools, ottomans, and accent chairs. All products are designed for residential and hospitality (hotel/Airbnb) use.

Over 200 fabrics in stock: linen, velvet, chenille, boucle, microfiber, and genuine/top-grain leather. We also accept COM (Customer’s Own Material). Request a fabric swatch book with your inquiry – shipped free via DHL.

Yes. Send us photos, sketches, or a physical sample. Our engineering team creates CAD drawings and builds a prototype within 10-15 days. You approve the sample before bulk production begins.

Yes. We supply BS 5852 Crib 5 (UK), CA TB 117-2013 (US), and EN 1021-1/2 (EU) compliant foam and fabric. Fire certificates are included with each shipment. Specify your market at inquiry.

Standard seat foam is 30-35 kg/m³ high-resilience; back cushions use 25-28 kg/m³. For premium projects we offer 40-45 kg/m³ HR foam. All foam is CertiPUR-compatible and available in fire-rated grades.

Yes. Pre-production samples take 10-15 days. Sample cost is charged at 1.5x unit price and fully credited against your first bulk order. Samples ship via DHL/FedEx (3-7 days delivery).

30-45 days after deposit received and sample approved. Complex OEM projects with custom mechanisms may need up to 50 days. We provide a milestone timeline at order confirmation.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Long-term partners may qualify for O/A 30-day terms after credit review.

Absolutely. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV, and Intertek inspectors are welcome at our Foshan facility. We coordinate scheduling and provide full access to production areas and documentation.

2 years on frame structure and mechanisms, 1 year on upholstery and stitching. Claims are assessed within 48 hours with photo evidence. Resolution: replacement parts, credit, or replacement in next container.

Average outgoing defect rate is 0.8-1.2% across all product lines. For hotel projects we implement AQL 2.5 Level II inspection. Any piece failing final QC is reworked or scrapped – never shipped.

FCL (full container), LCL (shared container), and express courier for samples/parts. FCL from Shenzhen/Nansha port; transit 18-35 days to major markets. We handle all export customs documentation.

EXW Foshan, FOB Foshan/Shenzhen, and CIF destination port. FOB is most popular – we cover inland trucking, export customs, and port charges. You arrange ocean freight and import clearance.

5-layer K=K corrugated cartons, EPE foam corner protection, PE shrink-wrap moisture barrier, and desiccant packs. Containers are ratchet-strapped with weight distribution optimized for stability.

Approximately 55-70 three-seater sofas in a 40HQ, or 35-45 sectional sets. Exact quantities depend on dimensions and KD design. We provide a loading plan with CBM breakdown at quotation.

Yes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form A/CO), fumigation certificate, and material test reports. All prepared before vessel departure.
