5-axis CNC routers cut frame components to 0.5mm tolerance. Ensures consistency across production runs of 30 to 3,000 pieces. CAD/CAM files accepted directly.

Dedicated upholstery sewing department with 12 industrial lines. Handles leather, fabric, and mixed-material covers. Double-needle and French seam capabilities.

Fire Lamination Line

In-house foam lamination to BS 5852, CAL 117, and EN 1021 standards. No outsourcing means full traceability and consistent fire compliance on every unit.

Wood & Metal Workshop

Solid wood legs, metal bases, and mixed-material frames produced in-house. Powder coating, brushed finish, and electroplating available for metal components.

Quality Lab

On-site testing: foam density verification, fabric abrasion (Martindale), frame load testing, and dimensional accuracy checks. Reports included with every shipment.

Packaging & Export

Custom packaging design: branded cartons, foam corner protectors, poly bags, and pallet configurations optimized for container utilization. ISTA 3A tested.

Как вы защищаете мою интеллектуальную собственность?

Мы подписываем обоюдное соглашение о неразглашении (NDA) до любого обмена дизайнами. ODM-дизайны эксклюзивны для вашего бренда и никогда не перепродаются. Файлы дизайнов хранятся на зашифрованных серверах, доступ к которым ограничен только вашей проектной командой. С 2006 года у нас не было ни одного спора об интеллектуальной собственности.

Каков MOQ для OEM/ODM заказов?

Стандартный MOQ составляет 30 штук на модель. Для новых ODM-разработок этап прототипа и образцов выделяется отдельно (обычно 1–3 штуки). После утверждения массовое производство осуществляется с минимальным заказом от 30 штук.

Сколько времени занимает отбор проб?

Изготовление прототипа: 15 дней с момента подтверждения дизайна. Предсерийный образец: дополнительные 7-10 дней после любых правок. Общий срок от брифа до утверждённого образца обычно составляет 25-30 дней.

What file formats do you accept for OEM designs?

We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, 3DS, OBJ, and PDF technical drawings. Reference photos with dimensions also work – our team can reverse-engineer from physical samples shipped to our factory.

Занимаетесь ли вы проверкой соответствия для моего целевого рынка?

Да. Мы управляем соблюдением стандартов BS 5852, CAL 117, EN 1021, CARB и CPSC собственными силами. Стороннее тестирование через SGS или Intertek организуется от вашего имени, а отчёты предоставляются до отгрузки.
