Yes. Send us your CAD files, 3D models, technical drawings, or even reference photos. Our engineering team provides DFM feedback within 48 hours and a detailed quotation within 5 working days. We handle everything from material sourcing to export packaging under your brand.
We sign a mutual NDA before any design exchange. ODM designs are exclusive to your brand and never resold. Design files are stored on encrypted servers with access limited to your project team. Since 2006, we have had zero IP disputes.
Standard MOQ is 30 pieces per model. For new ODM developments, the prototype and sampling phase is separate (typically 1-3 pieces). Once approved, mass production follows the 30-piece minimum.
Prototype build: 15 days from design confirmation. Pre-production sample: additional 7-10 days after any revisions. Total from brief to approved sample is typically 25-30 days.
We accept DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, 3DS, OBJ, and PDF technical drawings. Reference photos with dimensions also work – our team can reverse-engineer from physical samples shipped to our factory.
Yes. We manage BS 5852, CAL 117, EN 1021, CARB, and CPSC compliance in-house. Third-party testing through SGS or Intertek is arranged on your behalf, with reports delivered before shipment.
