What’s inside determines how long the sofa lasts. We build every frame and foam core to commercial-grade specifications.
All frames use kiln-dried hardwood (moisture content 8-12%) with corner-blocked and double-doweled joints. No particleboard, no staples-only construction. Rated for 10+ years of daily use.
HR foam 32-40kg/m3 density depending on model. Fire-laminated to BS 5852 / CAL 117 on our in-house lamination line. Optional memory foam or feather-wrapped toppers for premium collections.
Sinuous spring suspension with 8-way hand-tied option on premium models. Elastic webbing rated to 80,000+ fatigue cycles. No sag guarantee for 5 years on all frame and suspension components.

Standard MOQ is 30 pieces per model per fabric. For mixed-container orders, we can combine multiple models to fill a 40HQ container (typically 25-40 sofas depending on size). Sample orders of 1-2 pieces are available at sample pricing.
Yes. Ship your fabric rolls to our Foshan factory. We test for weight (minimum 300gsm), stretch, and fire compliance before cutting. A fabric suitability report is provided within 3 working days of receipt.
Standard sampling lead time is 15 days from design confirmation. This includes frame construction, foam cutting, upholstery, and QC photography. Express 10-day sampling available for repeat clients.
Seat foam ranges from 32-40kg/m3 HR (high-resilience) depending on the model and price tier. Back cushions use 25-28kg/m3 for softer support. All foam is fire-laminated and CertiPUR-equivalent certified.
Yes. We provide full OEM private-label service: your brand on woven labels, hang tags, packaging boxes, and assembly instructions. No additional tooling cost for standard label placement.
Standard production is 30 days after order confirmation and deposit. For orders exceeding 200 pieces, we recommend 35-40 days to maintain QC standards. Weekly progress photos provided throughout production.
