Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per model per fabric. For mixed-container orders combining multiple product lines, we can reduce this to 20 pieces per model. Sample orders of 1-2 pieces are available for quality evaluation before bulk commitment.
Yes. Our engineering team converts your sketches, CAD files, or reference images into production-ready specifications within 48 hours. We provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to optimize cost without compromising aesthetics. All tooling and pattern development is handled in-house.
We hold BS 5852 (UK), CAL 117 (US/California), and EN 1021 (EU) fire compliance. Foam and fabric combinations are tested as complete assemblies, not individual components. Certification reports are provided with every shipment for customs clearance.
Standard production lead time is 30-45 days after deposit confirmation and sample approval. For orders exceeding 500 pieces or involving custom tooling, allow 50-60 days. We provide weekly production photo updates and pre-shipment inspection videos.
Every unit passes a 10-point inspection covering frame integrity, foam density, upholstery tension, hardware function, and finish quality. Defect rate is maintained below 0.5%. For shipping damage, we use 5-layer export cartons with corner protectors and provide a 2% spare parts allowance on hardware components.
