See exactly how Neveitalia transforms raw timber, foam, and fabric into export-ready upholstered furniture – 8 controlled steps across our long-standing Foshan factory.
Every sofa, bed, and dining chair follows the same 8-step workflow – from CAD design to export packing. Each step has a dedicated QC checkpoint so defects never reach the next stage.
Our team converts your brief or reference images into CAD drawings with exact dimensions, foam density specs, and fabric yardage. Prototypes are built for approval before bulk production.
Kiln-dried hardwood and plywood are CNC-cut to precision tolerances. Each frame piece is sanded, stress-tested, and joined with corner blocks and industrial staples for structural rigidity.
High-density foam (28-45 kg/m³) is CNC-cut and laminated in layers to match comfort specs. Fire-retardant foam meeting BS 5852 / CA TB 117 is available for UK and US markets.
Upholstery fabric – linen, velvet, leather, or boucle – is spread and cut using pattern templates. Pattern matching and grain direction are verified before cutting to minimize waste.
Juki industrial sewing machines produce French seams, piping, and cushion covers. Stitch density is set at 8-10 per inch for durability. Every seam is pulled-tested by hand.
Skilled craftsmen stretch and staple fabric over foam-wrapped frames, ensuring even tension with no wrinkles. Back panels, dust covers, and decorative details are fitted by hand.
Legs, mechanisms (recliner, sleeper, lift-top), and hardware are installed. Moving parts are cycle-tested 50+ times. Final dimensions are verified against the approved spec sheet.
Each piece passes a 12-point inspection: structure, fabric, stitching, symmetry, and function. Approved items are wrapped in foam, bagged, and packed in 5-layer export cartons.
Our Foshan workshop is equipped with automated machinery that ensures consistency across bulk orders – critical for hotel projects and multi-SKU wholesale programs.
With 120+ workers across 3 production lines, we sustain 800-1200 pieces per month without sacrificing quality. Peak-season surge capacity is available with 4-week advance notice.
Common questions from importers about our production workflow, quality control, and lead times.
30-45 days after we receive your deposit and you approve the pre-production sample. Complex OEM projects with custom mechanisms may require 50 days. We provide a production timeline with milestones at order confirmation.
Yes. We welcome buyer inspections at any stage. Our Foshan facility is 40 minutes from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. We can also arrange live video walkthroughs if travel is not practical.
Every batch follows the same approved sample. QC checkpoints exist at frame, foam, sewing, upholstery, and final assembly. A 12-point final inspection covers structure, fabric alignment, stitching, and function before packing.
Yes. We supply BS 5852 (UK), CA TB 117-2013 (US), and EN 1021 (EU) compliant materials. Certificates are provided with each shipment. Specify your target market at inquiry and we will quote accordingly.
MOQ is typically 30 pieces per model for standard fabrics, or 50 pieces for fully custom OEM designs. Mixed-model orders are accepted as long as total volume fills at least half a container (LCL).
