Walk through our 100,000 m² production facility in Foshan, China. From raw timber to finished upholstery – every step happens under one roof with full quality traceability.

Kiln-dried hardwood frames are CNC-cut, assembled with corner-blocked joints and stress-tested. Metal reinforcement added on all load-bearing points.
High-resilience foam (35-45 kg/m³ density) is cut to pattern. 8-way hand-tied springs or elastic webbing installed per model specification.
Computer-aided cutting for repeat patterns. Each panel is numbered and matched to its frame. Fabric waste kept under 12%.
12 dedicated sewing lines handle fabric, leather and COM orders. Double-stitched seams, French seams on visible edges, quality check at every station.
Upholstered panels are fitted to frames. Buttons tufted, piping aligned, legs attached. Final fit and finish inspection before QC handoff.
10-point QC inspection on every unit. Photographed, wrapped in foam + PE film, corner-protected and boxed. Defect rate held under 0.5%.
