30 pieces per model per configuration. If you need multiple fabric options on the same frame, each fabric counts as a separate configuration. Mixed-container orders combining different models are welcome to fill a 40HQ.
Yes. Width, depth, height, and seat depth are adjustable in 5cm increments on most models. For changes beyond 15cm from standard, our engineering team reviews structural integrity and provides a feasibility report within 48 hours.
Standard customization (fabric swap, foam density change, leg finish, dimension adjustment within 15cm) carries no surcharge. Fully bespoke designs requiring new CNC programs or custom molds may incur a one-time tooling fee, quoted upfront.
15 days from specification confirmation. This includes frame modification (if needed), foam cutting, upholstery in your chosen fabric, and full QC documentation. Express 10-day service available for repeat clients.
Yes. We ship a free fabric swatch kit (up to 20 samples) to your office within 5 days. Foam density samples and leg finish samples are available on request. No obligation to order after receiving samples.
